Tasting notes:	very dark sour grapefruit - most IPAs taste like grapefruit, but this tastes like sour grapefruit - a less pleasant variant very slight roasted notes from the process that got us a dark beer I'm guessing the IBU is pretty high: it's more bitter than I'd prefer roasty sour grapefruit ... not as bad as it sounds and kind of interesting, but not really a winner
