Putting on the key caps with mixed o-rings. The o-rings aren't essential, they're a consession to co-workers: blue keys are loud and annoy a lot of people. The red rings are thinner, the blue rings are thicker, so I used blues for the thumbs and reds for everything else except the E, U, H, and T (on a Dvorak layout those are the keys directly under your index and middle fingers). This was based on the theory that the thicker rings should be where you strike harder, and it mostly seems to be working.
