Soldering the flexible circuit board onto the key switches. It seems to work best to start at the base of the "hand" and work out to the "fingertips." Be very sure all the pins are sticking through before you start soldering, or you're going to be doing a lot of unsoldering. The "fingertips" can be held down by clamps, a friend's fingers, clothes pegs, or bending the key switch pins over as shown here (I don't recommend this method because it doesn't always hold and you risk damaging the pins if you bend them too often ... but the Kinesis factory seems to use this method).
