Definitely not one of my best photos, but I have to take documentary pictures occasionally ... "Hot / Fermented Carrot Juice." "Hot" in this case means "spicy," it's served cold. You'll notice the pictured carrots are purple ... Imagine if someone tossed a carrot, a beet, and a horseradish into a juicer: that's about as close as I can get to explaining the taste. Perhaps it will also help to know that I drank about two thirds of it with this really puzzled look on my face, a cross between "damn that's bizarre," and "people actually drink this?" I threw the last third out.
