France, August 2009

I arrived in France on August 12, 2009, where I went to Valence to stay with Sylvie. On the 13th, I borrowed Sylvie's car and drove to Gorges de l'Ardeche (the A-F loop on the route map below). On the 15th, Sylvie and I packed up and headed out for an eight day tour of southwest France.

This is a rough view of our route: it's missing an indicator for Abbaye Fontfroide after Narbonne, and the route from Albi to Roquefort-sur-Soulzon would have been more southerly than is indicated, but it gives you a pretty good idea of where we went.
