Psar Thmei in Phnom Penh. Most markets in southeast Asia are in ugly concrete sheds, or simply hundreds of plastic tarps strung between lightposts and poles to keep the rain off. Umbrellas (as seen above) are popular too. This building is pretty unusual - most likely another part of the French legacy.
