When I travel, I take pictures. Sometimes I take pictures when I'm not traveling, but not often. In the last several years I've done a lot of work with The Gimp. It's a Photoshop equivalent for Linux and Windows. It's free under the GPL.
My work with the Gimp is mainly tileable desktop background images. There are a lot of them. Most photographs are tied to trips, although there are some that aren't. For a couple trips I've made text-based sites: these are listed only under Travels. Some that just have photographs are cross-listed between these two pages.
