This is the town of Oban. It survives mainly on the tourist industry, shuttling folks out to Islay and the other islands off the coast. There's also a distillery just to the left of the picture - sadly, we arrived too late for the last tour. I still haven't had any Oban whisky (although it's readily available in the U.S.).
