The four-fold tube map they supply at stations. This is the subway routes only, no buses. My first reaction was "My god, that's complex!" Then I looked at it for a while and thought "that's not too bad." But in actual fact figuring out where a particular station is can be a bit of a headache. Can you find "Earl's Court?" That's where I was staying. How about "Southwark?" That's the closest station to the Tate Modern. How would you get there? Here's a hint: don't take the Northern Line. Not that it would be very practical in this case, but even in only three days I got very used to hearing "There are delays on the Northern Line."
